Applications must be electronically submitted by 5:00 pm and required materials must be received in the office no later than close of business on the day of the deadline. If the deadline date occurs on a weekend, the proposals are due on the Friday before the weekend by 5:00 pm. In 2020, February 1st is a Saturday, so the effective deadline will be January 31, 2020.

Confirmation of receipt for a proposal will be sent by e-mail.

Decisions on proposals will be announced within approximately three months after the application deadline.

To maintain the consistency, impartiality, and fairness of the process, the trustees ask that applicants do not contact them directly about any aspect of a grant request.

If a request is not funded, grant seekers may re-apply in the second calendar year following a denial.

Once awarded, you must wait a full three years before you may re-apply.
