Awards of $10,000 and award of $25,000 to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont individuals to recognize outstanding volunteer service to a nonprofit. Grants will be donated to nonprofit organizations where selected nominees volunteer. Volunteers will be recognized for their dedication, leadership, and commitment to community betterment. To be eligible for this award, the volunteer must live in New England.

All honorees selected by the Patriots Foundation will be presented with grants of $10,000 for their respective nonprofits, with one grand-prize winning honoree receiving a surprise $25,000 grant.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

New England residents who are 13 years of age or older and provide volunteer services for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are eligible for nomination. Only one nominee will be considered from each organization. The strongest consideration will be given to nominees who are hands-on volunteers and do not receive any compensation – monetary or otherwise – for their efforts.
