The Victoria McLaughlin Foundation was organized in January 2008, for the sole purpose of providing financial support to the Melrose Public School System, Melrose, Massachusetts, 02176. Specifically, the Foundation was created to provide financial support for the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School Library, the Melrose High School Library, and any other after school learning opportunities within the Music, Fine Arts, Drama, and Academic Programs offered by the Melrose Public School System.
