Programs or services
Dream Big! Equipment Grants & Program Scholarships:
Dream Big! partners with schools, sports programs, and youth community centers to identify and fulfill the equipment, sports attire, athletic footwear, training and program fee needs of girls and young women from economically disadvantaged communities in order to help them engage in sports and physical activities that contribute to their health, education and overall well-being.

Dream Big! Leadership Conference:
A Dream Big! one day leadership conference is held annually to provide opportunities for hundreds of middle and high school female student athletes from urban communities to meet and interact with accomplished women (former high school, collegiate, Olympic & professional athletes) while learning about the wide range of sports, educational and career opportunities that are available to them. Girls will hear from women who have participated in sports and went on to become engineers, executives, doctors, lawyers, scientists, coaches, non-profit leaders and a wide variety of other professions.
Target Audience
Dream Big! programs support girls and young women in elementary school, middle school, high school, and college, from economically disadvantaged communities, by providing the sports equipment, athletic footwear, sports attire, program fees, training opportunities, and leadership development they need to participate in sports and physical activities.
