TO ACQUIRE, OWN, CONSTRUCT, REHABILITATE, CONVERT, OPERATE, OR SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE, LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOUSING CONSISTENT WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL SAFE HARBOR REQUIREMENTS;3. TO PROVIDE RELATED SOCIAL SERVICES WITHIN SUCH HOUSING FACILITIES WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH COMMUNITY NEEDS AND DESIRES;4. TO WORK AND COOPERATE WITH AND THROUGH AND SUPPORT THE EBENEZER BAPTIST CHURCH, OR ANY SUCCESSOR ORGANIZATION THERETO, AND OTHER ENTITIES, GROUPS, ORGANIZATIONS, AGENCIES (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE), AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED WITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING; 5. TO MAKE GRANTS OR LOANS OF ALL OR ANY PART OF THE FUNDS OR PROPERTY OF THE TRUST, WITH OR WITHOUT INTEREST, IN FURTHERANCE OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST.
