THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING BULLET AND STAB PROTECTIVE VESTS AND OTHER ASSISTANCE FOR OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER RELATED AGENCIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

The purpose of the corporation is to engage in the following activities:To carry on the collection and storage of goods and household items and distribution of such items to needy persons in the greater , Massachusetts area; to enter into contracts with persons, firms, and corporations for providing donations of such goods and household items; to lease or license equipment or storage space for any of the foregoing purposes or for any purposes ancillary to, arising out of or incidental to or related to said purpose; to raise funds through various fund-raising activities for the purchase of goods and household items for needy persons; to do or cause to have done any and all such acts and things as may be necessary, desirable, convenient or incidental to the consummation or accomplishment of any or all of the foregoing purposes or such other purposes which may be lawfully engaged in by a corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

To stimulate, foster and promote intercollegiate student athletics as an integral part of the total education and academic programs offered by the member institutions, thereby enhancing individual and social development as well as academic enrichment of the student bodies of the member institutions.To legislate, through By-Laws, regulations, constitutions and resolutions, on all areas of concern to the members in the conduct of intercollegiate athletics under rules and policies.To establish championships via playoffs in team sports, and meets andtournaments in individual sports; and to conduct those events under NCAA Rules, andsuch other rules, regulations and resolutions as the may designate.To enable members to fill their scheduling needs through the creation of conferences, and to legislate the requirements for competition in those conferences, including eligibility of member institutions for those championships.To work together with the N

TO OPERATE ONE OR MORE CHARITABLE EVENTS EACH YEAR WHERE THE NET PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED FOR RELIEF OF THE POOR, THE DISTRESSED, OR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED THROUGH A QUALIFIED FAMILY, INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY CHOSEN ANNUALLY BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CORPORATE BY-LAWS.

TO ADVANCE AND IMPROVE THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (I/DD) BY FUNDING, DEVELOPING AND PROMOTING PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, OR INDIVIDUAL SCHOLARSHIPS THAT ENCORAGE AND SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH (I/DD) AND HELP FOSTER INCLUSION IN THEIR COMMUNITY.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE MALAWI CENTRE IN BLANTYRE MALAWI AFRICA WHICH PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE BLANTYRE GIRLS SCHOOL,HEALTH MONITORING AND HEALTH EDUCATION AND GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO THE COMMUNITY

SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION FOR NORTHEASTERN SCHOOL OF LAW THROUGH THE CREATION OF THE FELLOWSHIPS TO ENABLE RECENT GRADUATES TO WORK AT HEALTH LAW ADVOCATES FOR ONE YEAR.

TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN THE STANDARDS AND WITHIN THE INDUSTRY BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, SUPPORT, TRAINING, FUNDS, GOODS, LITERATURE, OR OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN OR WITHOUT MASSACHUSETTS. TO CONDUCT SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AS MAY BE CARRIED OUT BY A CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 180 AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986.

FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATION PURPOSES, INCLUDING BUT EXPRESSLY NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDING LODGING, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, LIBRARY SERVICES, TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO MEMBERS AND ALUMNI THE GAMMA DELTA CHAPTER THE FRATERNITY AT THE UNIVERSITY MASSACHUSETTS; TO PLAN AND PREPARE FOR FUTURE NEEDS; TO ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES THROUGH PROVIDING CHARITABLE SERVICES AND SCHOLARSHIPS, AND ALL OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSES.

TO ESTABLISH, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A PRESCHOOL, ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY PERMITTED OR NOT EXCLUDED BY LAW. STUDENTS LEARN THE CATHOLIC VALUES OF RESPECT, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK AND BEING CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS IN SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT.

TO CONDUCT AND PUBLISH SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH TO IMPROVE THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OUUTCOMES CHILDREN INVOLVED IN WELFARE AND JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEMS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.

TO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE INITIATIVES AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THOSE COMMUNITIES WHERE BROS., ENGAGES IN CONSTRUTION OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING EDUCATION AND OTHER POSITIVE IMPACT INITIATIVES THAT LESSEN THE BURDEN OF GOVERNMENT IN SUCH COMMUNITIES, WITH A PRIMARY EMPHASIS ON CHARITABLE EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES; TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTUAL AND OTHER RELATIONSHIPS FOR THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AND TO ENGAGE IN AND CARRY ON ANY OTHER CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY PERMITTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 180 OF THE GENERAL LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MA.
