Grants to Massachusetts nonprofit organizations and government agencies in eligible locations for workforce development programs. Funding is intended to increase access to training programs, skills development activities, and education, and to prepare local residents for family-supporting jobs. Eligible applicants are located in the Foundation's 33-community region.
The goal of the program is to advance the economic wellness of residents through access to career skills development and education. Some examples include:
