Funding is intended to assist retail, food, home-based, and creative for-profit entities in purchasing equipment and materials to strengthen their businesses. The goal of the grant program is to provide HUD-eligible business owners in Cambridge with technical and financial assistance to build a stronger customer base and boost sales.

Funding is intended for the creation of national research centers focused on different areas related to education. For this year, applications should address either improving gifted education or using generative artificial intelligence to improve instruction in postsecondary education.

Opportunity for USA agricultural producers in 30 states of the Upper Midwest, Lower Midwest, MidAtlantic/Central Appalachia, Northeast, Southeast, and Hawaii regions to participate in an incentive program to incorporate agroforestry practices. Funding is intended to improve and increase the collection of resources that reflect the needs of the communities. The purpose of these grants is to support health literacy, which may be found in a variety of genres. Such collection development efforts are important to ensure access to health information, promote health literacy and support programmatic outreach in under-resourced communities. Candidates for this award demonstrate outstanding teaching and commitment to planetarium- or classroom-based education, including the training of other educators.

Films should have an educational value and broad distribution potential. Priority will be given to projects with a strong emphasis on conservation. Eligible proposals are those related to small cats species, namely all species of the family Felidae excluding the genera Panthera, Acinonyx, and the puma (Puma concolor).

Grants of $25,000 to USA MD and PhD investigators at accredited academic institutions or nonprofit medical research institutions for short-term, small research projects related to women's medical issues. Funding is intended to support studies that demonstrate promise for enhancing medical care in leading women’s health concerns, including cardiovascular disease, female cancers, the role of hormones in disease and stage-of-life health issues, and diseases and health concerns disproportionately affecting women.

Grants of up to $800 to New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts young people in eligible locations to participate in arts-related enrichment programs during the summer. Funding is intended to assist youth between the ages of 13 and 19 with activities that include learning a musical instrument, engaging in a new art form, doing an internship with a theater or dance company, and participating in an artistic apprenticeship. Eligible applicants are residents of the Berkshire Taconic region, which includes Berkshire County in Massachusetts; Columbia and Northeast Dutchess Counties in New York; and Northwest Litchfield County in Connecticut.

Grants of $500 to USA, Canada, and International qualifying high school educators to provide enhanced opportunities for student organizations. Funding is intended to assist club sponsors and advisors of public and private high schools in supporting the student clubs they oversee. Requests will be accepted from club sponsors and advisors who are registered as educators with the funding source organization.

Grants of up to $15,000 to Massachusetts nonprofit organizations for seasonal enrichment activities for youth in eligible locations. Funding is intended to support educational summertime programs, projects, and opportunities. Eligible applicants serve the communities of Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, and Methuen.

Opportunity for USA, Canada, and International startups to participate in an accelerator program to advance their company. Participants will have access to weekly consultations, an investor boot camp, a virtual demo day, networking opportunities, and the use of the funding source's startup program. The purpose of the program is to help entrepreneurs find the funding, tools, and community to scale their startups.

Fellowships to USA, Canada, and Greece graduate students to conduct research and fieldwork at an institution in Greece. The purpose of the program is to support the work of overseas students conducting studies in ancient Greek law or Greek students conducting work on local excavations. Fellowships will take place at the American School for Classical Studies at Athens or at excavations affiliated with the institution.

In-kind grants of career exploration software to USA schools, IHEs, community groups, agencies, and other educational organizations serving PreK-12 students. Participants will receive software subscriptions and related equipment that exposes students to job shadowing and field trip content.

Scholarships of $5,000 and scholarships of $10,000 to USA individuals living with epilepsy and family members or caregivers of individuals with epilepsy to pursue higher education. Funding is paid directly to the educational institution and may be used for books, tuition, and other school fees.

Fellowships to USA mathematicians from minority populations to support individual and collaborative research. Funding is intended for travel expenses, supplies, memberships, books, and any other expenses that will advance the research projects. Applicants must be mid-career mathematicians.

Grants of up to $1,000 to USA nonprofit organizations to fund small community projects. Applicants located outside of the USA must be able to receive the funds through a US-based nonprofit. Funding is intended for special projects that will uplift the local community.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International individuals for political research at the funding source's facility in Michigan. Funding is intended to offset the cost of travel within North America and living expenses while conducting research. Eligible research addresses topics related to US foreign policy, national and domestic politics, and federal policies.

Fellowships with a $5,000 stipend to USA, Canada, or international PhD or graduate students for research on aspects of Greek history. Funding is intended for the study of the Athenian Agora, and the stipend is structured to cover lodging, visas, board, travel, and other incidental costs. Fields of study may include but are not limited to, all aspects of the history and material culture of the site.

Funding is intended to support students as they plan, design, and implement a sustainability project involving the community. Students must learn specific material prior to developing their projects. Teachers who guide student groups are also eligible to receive a $1,000 stipend. The goal of the program is to empower students with essential environmental knowledge, practical skills, and a sense of community responsibility, fostering a lifelong commitment to sustainability.

Fellowships of $7,000 to USA, Canada, and International doctoral students for research related to political economy. Fellows will participate in colloquia related to developing techniques and strategies to explore themes and questions related to political economy. Eligible expenses include travel, accommodation, and meals.

Fellowships with stipends of $10,000 to USA, Canada, and International doctoral students enrolled at universities to pursue studies related to political economy. In addition to the stipend, the program will arrange lodging, airfare, and meals for fellows. Graduate students from any discipline may participate.

Fellowships to USA, Canada, and International PhD students to participate in online symposiums related to political economy. The purpose of the program is to support students who have a teaching or research interest in the subject. In addition to the stipend, fellows will have travel, accommodation, and meals covered by the program.

Opportunity for USA, Canada, and International doctoral students from any discipline to participate in a fellowship to explore themes related to political economy, including morality, markets, sociality, and culture. In addition to the $7,000 stipend, the fellowship includes travel and lodging to attend colloquia hosted by the Mercatus Center.

Funding is intended for students of history, American studies, museum studies, and the arts to advance research projects related to the art and architecture of the US Capitol.

Grants of up to $50,000 to USA nonprofit organizations for a variety of community services. Funding is intended for musical education for talented children and youth, for programs to preserve Yiddish culture, and to assist new immigrants to the USA through housing, job training, language, and more.

Award to a USA judge to recognize their contributions to civic education in their local community and their state at large. Eligible civic education activities can include courtroom tours, the creation of classroom curriculum, assisting with mock trials, visiting classrooms, and more.

Grants of $20,000 to USA early-career artists in the visual, literary, and musical arts to support the creation of new projects. Funding is intended to cover the costs of materials, production, research, and anything else that goes into creating new works of art in the relevant fields.

Grants of up to $50,000 to USA and Colombia institutions of higher education for collaborations on climate change solutions. Applicants are required to join the funding source's network prior to applying for a grant. Funding is intended to promote partnerships between institutions that will promote collaborative research projects and training and exchange programs related to climate change.

Grants of $250 and grants of $500 to USA and Canada young people for youth-led volunteer projects that address community needs. Funding is intended to support projects carried out by children and youth between the ages of 5 and 25 that provide opportunities for young volunteers from different social backgrounds to create meaningful connections with their peers, caring adults, and community partners, while developing social awareness and relationship skills. Projects must take place during Global Youth Service Day or Youth Service Month in the spring of 2025. $250 grantees will be required to engage at least 25 other youth as volunteers while $500 grantees have a 50-youth volunteer minimum requirement.

Fellowships to USA bioscientists who recently earned their undergraduate degrees for tropical biodiversity research. The program is intended to give young scientists work and research experience by embedding them with existing research teams for a year. Fellows will be sent to join research teams in Panama.

Grants of up to $25,000 to USA and Puerto Rico nonprofit organizations, rescue groups, shelters, and sanctuaries for programs that enhance the lives of elderly canines. Fellowships to USA, Canada, and International researchers at universities, hospitals, and institutions for projects related to the study of cancer. The funding source encourages proposals addressing a broad range of cancer research, including theoretical and experimental research relevant to the study of cancer and the search for cancer causes, mechanisms, therapies, and prevention.

Grants of $10,000 to USA and territories teaching artists for professional development in the fields of art and education. Grantees will participate in a program that includes trainings, workshops, and mentorship. Funding is intended for artists whose practices include community engagement, experience as adjunct faculty, workshop facilitation/instruction, visiting artists, museum education, instructors, and/ or lecturers who are mid-career.

Fellowships of $5,000 to USA BIPOC writers to support work addressing music. Applicants who write critically about works from their political and cultural perspective are encouraged to apply. Funds are unrestricted and may be used for any purpose. In addition to the cash award, the fellows have the opportunity to write about an exhibition for the Preserving Democracy blog and deliver a talk about their work at the Democracy Center.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International investigators for innovative research related to glaucoma. Funding is intended for full-time faculty to engage in research in areas including basic science and clinical interventions. Priority will be given to novel proposals with a viable study hypothesis leading to impactful results that are fundable at the NIH level.

Cooperative agreements to USA and territories nonprofit organizations, agencies, Tribes, hospitals, and IHEs to enhance support systems for people in need of long-term care services. Applicants are advised that required registrations may take several weeks to complete.

Grants to USA Native American tribes, tribal organizations, tribal IHEs, and consortia to develop community-based mental health supports and services that benefit Native children. Applicants are advised that the required registrations must be completed prior to applying.

Fellowships to USA individuals working in the bar industry to improve their knowledge of and expertise in serving rum. Participants will have access to a virtual course led by industry experts. A written test will be administered after the courses finish, and the top scorers after the test will win an all-expenses-paid trip to a distillery in Jamaica.

Grants to USA and territories IHEs, for-profit and nonprofit entities, government agencies, and Tribal Nations for research to address knowledge gaps regarding wind energy. Funding is intended to collect data and advance tools that will improve the performance and cost-effectiveness of large commercial turbines.
