OUR PROGRAMS EMPHASIZE SOCIAL JUSTICE AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN AND PEOPLE OF COLOR IN LEADERSHIP.OVER TEN YEARS WE HAVE STEADILY GROWN: OUR FIRST PROGRAM SERVED 14 EXECUTIVES, AND WE NOW EDUCATE OVER 150 LEADERS IN OUR YEAR-LONG PROGRAMS ANNUALLY ACROSS FOUR SITES, AND WE CONTINUE TO GROW. OUR ALUMNI PROGRAMMING SUPPORTS A GROWING NETWORK OF OVER 1,200 ALUMNI.
