SCHOOL WILL EMPHASIZE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT VIA PARTNERSHIP WITH VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS, BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE.

TO CREATE AND FUND EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES IN NON-PUBLIC SCHOOL AND CAMP SETTINGS FOR STUDENTS WHO LEARN DIFFERENTLY IN ORDER TO ENSURE THEY MAXIMIZE THEIR POTENTIAL.

The Foundations activities will focus on charitable educational and scientific development. In its essence this will belong to the community our efforts will be designed around 1. Outreach and Advocacy 40%Support underserved populations in experiencing healthier relationships with themselves their partners their children and their networks; 2. Grants and Scholarships 40% Make grants to other 501c3 organizations as well as work and study grants to writers scholars educators therapists and researchers; and 3.Connecting the Therapist Community 20% Offer therapists conferences and other educational resources and opportunities for development and growth. Outreach and Advocacy The foundations outreach and advocacy program will work in coordination with regional nonprofits to bring relationship skills to communities and neighborhoods that would not otherwise have access to these services. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES IN THE MEDICAL AND HEALTH FIELDS.

TO PROVIDE DENTAL SERVICES AND ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION TO A PRIMARILY LOW INCOME, UNDER-SERVED POPULATION

THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO DEVELOP, INITIATE, OPERATE PROJECTS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RELATED SERVICES THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH COMMUNITY NEEDS IN THE GREATER DORCHESTER AREA, SUPPORT ACADEMY FOUNDATION, INC. (FOUNDATION), ACADEMY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL (SCHOOL), CENTER, INC. (CSHC) SIMILAR NONPROFIT ENTITIES EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RELATED SERVICES TO THE GREATER DORCHESTER COMMUNITY.

PROVIDE CANCER RESOURCES, PROMOTE HEALTH EDUCATION AND SAFETY, OFFER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND/OR DONATION OF GOODS OR SERVICES.

FUNDING PUBLIC SCHOOL SPORTS

TO ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT, FINANCE, LEASE, AND MANAGE PROPERTY IN SUPPORT OF KIPP ACADEMY LYNN PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL SO AS TO QUALIFY AS A "QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY BUSINESS" UNDER SECTION 45D(D)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND THE ASSOCIATED REGULATIONS, AND TO ENGAGE IN ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL OR RELATED THERETO.
